Summary of Qualifications

Experience with managing software implementation testing efforts for major telecom, health and banking industries. These efforts varied from network upgrades to implementation of hardware upgrades/replacement, and software upgrades for new or out of the box customized software integration and implementation. Tested telecom networking and billing for debit transaction, CDIA Metro 2 Compliance, Credit Bureau Reporting, Lending, Mortgage, and Collections for the banking industry. In the health Industry tested for EHR, HIT, HIM, ICD-9/ICD-10, MU 2/MU3 within the hospital and ambulatory areas. For all of these I have been and am currently responsible for identifying testing resources, risks, the creation of test cases/scripts, and for all testing documentation such as the Test Strategy, Project Test Plan, Test Summary, and Lessons Learned. Partnering closely with developers, testers, vendors, clients and leadership to ensure deliverable(s) are on time and meet expectations.
