Thomson Reuters (TR) is currently building out of region (OOR) DR site in Plano, TX as their current primary and secondary data centers are in close proximity. The OOR project is one of the critical and highly visible TR project. As the technical project manager, I was responsible for overall build of the data center. IT Project Manager – Healthcare Legacy Modernization & Transformation Wisconsin Physician Services (WPS) is a provider of health and benefit plan administration to private and government customers. The WPS TRICARE division provides claim administration, customer service, and other related activities for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), serving more than 4.5 million people worldwide. The WPS TRICARE business is processed on a core claims processing system called TriMaCS. WPS has decided to transform the TriMaCS system using a phased approach to the TRiMaCS System Transformation to continually demonstrate business value across WPS’ business objectives. I am working as Capgemini Project Manager, managing transformation work plan, coordination and communication between WPS and Capgemini teams, project financials, resource planning, risk management and Capgemini onshore and offshore teams
