Permit To Work System - Administered in processing and issuing Permit To Work to contractors and commissioning personnel. Designated as Permit Applicant for issuance of Permit to Work prior to project activities in strict company procedure. Ensure permit to work compliance, appropriate job safety analysis, and ensure that all equipment meets required safety specifications and standards. Documentation – Review technical documents from Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Document Transmittals, Method of Statements, SOW and SOP’s. Review of contractor documents and approval of vendor supply documents in accordance with company policies and standards. Maintains and prepares daily report for management submission. Maintains documentations during construction and commissioning stage such as MCC (Mechanical Completion Certificates), Instrumentation Loop check data, functional tests and punch list items for daily update and references.
