Different Types of Microprocessor control attend in Cummins Engines like ECP,ECPG,Powercom,PCC Various models like PS500,130l,2100,3100, 3201, 3300& Dominion Controller.

Various Types of Software’s like C- View, Insite & Inpower.

C View Software is used to calibrate the Controller, Engine hrs adjust & field level adjustment For Speed Drop & Monitor the Parameters for ECPG & Powercom.

Insite Software is used to Calibrate the controller, Work order creation, Fault diagnosis, Engine Cut Out Test & Monitor the Engine Parameters for Different Applications like dozer, Dumper.

In Power Software is used to calibrate the controller, Capture file taken, Fault diagnosis, Governor Adjustment &Voltage adjustment& Monitor the Engine Parameters for Genset Applications .

Cummins certified Engineer for attending Cummins engines from 5 KVA to 3000 KVA and other applications.

Trouble shooting of Electronic Fuel Governor to the Diesel Engines upto 3000 KVA.

Trouble shooting & maintenance of Stamford & AVK Alternators ranges upto 3000KVA.

Take the responsibility of Annual Service Contract for 50 DG sets of various models with 24 hours service guarantee (includes penalty clause).

Lead a team who take whole responsibility of entire Diesel Engine and A.C. Generators.

Conducting training program to the customer as and when required.

Programming of Engine Governing System & Alternator Governing System for Woodward Controller.

Erection and commissioning of DG sets.

Preparation of material requirement schedule and procurement of the same as required at site.

Preparation of Daily Work Schedule and ensuring completion of tasks in line to the requirement of client.

Preparation and submission of quotations and regular correspondence and co-ordinate with the client and get the approval for the submissions.

Civil-Erection of DG set building and completion of construction as per required standards by coordinating with sub-contractor.

Commissioning of New DG and Recon DG set which includes removal of old Gensets and positioning of new DG, carrying out alignment, Replacement of exhaust piping, fuel lines, Heat exchanger lines and engine electrical and taking the load trial for 8 hours at 80% load with Cummins standard to the customer satisfaction.

Commissioning of new engines which may be fitted with compressor, Dozer, Motor grader, Crane and Water well Rigs and coordinating with OEMs of warranty issues.

Visiting OOF (Our of Fold) Customers in a periodical manner and try to get them into in fold.

Carrying out Engine health check up and inform the condition of the engine to customer for preventive maintenance should be taken.

Carrying out ‘B’, 'C', 'D' checks to warranty engines as per Cummins Standard.

Carrying out Tappet setting. Ø Overhauling the engine accessories, like Turbocharger, Water pump, Lube Oil Pump, Oil Cooler, Hydraulic Governor and Fan Hub.

Testing of failed electrical components like Electronic Fuel Controller, Actuator, Electronic Control Panel and its accessories, safeties and submitting the failure reports.

Overhauling Engines (N, V, K,Q,B & C) all models and all applications.

Coordinating with OEMs for new engine installation which includes the Foundation, Front Opening, Rear Opening, Airflow (inside the DG room), Exhauster Piping (length, diameter and no. of bends), Fuel Piping, Fuel Tank Location, Cooling System, Air ducting and Exhaust Cladding work.

Coordinating with marketing to enhance the business opportunities.

Involved in collection of payment.

Conducting technical meetings within service department to improve the service techniques.

Coordinating with the colleagues to their service issues and try to sort it out and train them about the products and trouble shooting the problems.

Giving hands on training to the newcomers of systems and trouble shooting.

Troubleshooting of Cummins PT Fuel System and Mico Fuel Systems.

Converting Mechanical Governor to Electronic Fuel Governor.

Trouble shooting the Cummins all pcc controller & synchronizing the DG to DG LT & HT Alternators.
