Instrumental in recapitalization of the equity and debt of the Company; converting $56M of debt to equity, replacing $30M of debt at a 27% discount with $23M of debt and setting up a $5M revolver with leverage covenants in place to allow for growth of the Company.

Negotiated with CEO a $23M annual co-pack agreement to absorb excess plant capacity with minimal capital expenditures and debt restructuring.
