Vice President Talent Acquisition – Salt Lake City, Utah - March 2013 to October 2016

With a staff of 167 Recruiting employees with six (6) Directors, responsible for hiring nearly 60,000 FTE in 2016 for fortune 500 companies the likes of; Verizon, AT&T, DirecTV, Bank of America, USAA, Sprint, WellCare, UHC and many more.

Developed processes and procedures supporting 35 B&M Sites across the USA, Home Agent & Work at Home divisions.

Responsible for the launch of HA@TP (home agent), developing applicant tracking, applicant funnel, legal compliance and all legal documentation by state, created an online home agent interview model designed to make the process as simple and quick as possible. (adobe connect, skype)

Created a social media recruitment campaign to attract hundreds of applicants in a short amount of time. (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, College boards, etc.…)

Managed a $6MM payroll ensuring no wasted payroll hours/dollars.
