Supervise a team of employees for start-up of a manufacturing facility. Assessing and repairing equipment for production readiness. Also purchasing and controlling parts and raw materials for equipment testing and readiness. After Start-up, Managing Plant Production, creating a metric based Production Schedule, to meet Customer Requirements while tracking Employee need and efficiency.

January 2011 – January 2014

Was responsible for a team of 150 employees in a 24/7 manufacturing operation. Created the production schedule to meet customer demand. Maintained a staff of 4 shift Forman’s, 8 department Supervisors, and 140 production workers. Met and exceeded all goals set forth by Corporate for production demand.
