of 1st on-site commercial kitchen. Have expanded Resident programs to
represent the 8-dimensions of wellness. Restructured housekeeping to
provide better time management and additional services while allowing a
deduction in labor budget. Expanded maintenance hours to include on-site
services six days a week, while eliminating an FTE to increase revenue
through labor reduction. Increased transportation to two-types offering
