2016-2017 iFixit Mobile Senior Technician, Chino Hills, CA I managed a repair company, we come to the customer’s home/office and repair their cell phone/tablet/computer. I do all the repairs, as well as order parts, take phone calls, deal with distributors and the accounting and day to day operations in order to run a small business. I have extensive knowledge on most consumer electronics that have been in service the last 10 years. Not only do I perform the repairs but I also deal directly with the customers over the phone and in person.

2015-2016 IT Manager, Refurbished IT Chino, CA

This company was the subsidiary of an R2 E-waste recycling company called ECR World Inc. I was recruited to run the resale department of this company, my duties were later changed to IT Manager. I was responsible for the on- site network and workstations as well as oversaw the technicians who diagnosed and refurbished the consumer electronics that came in from the recycling side and were made ready to be resold. I maintained a live inventory from intake to sale of all electronic accessories and desktop/laptop computers. I also assisted resellers who purchased large wholesale quantities of items from our department. 2015-2016 Cell phone repair Tech, Cell Medics 911 Tucson, AZ I was employed by this company so they could expand their repair service offerings from just cell phones and tablets to video game consoles and PC/MAC’s both desktop and laptop. I also repaired iPhone’s all models, Samsung all models, Motorola all models. Glass only repairs were the focus of our business, it had the greatest return and also benefited the customers financially. I also assisted customers on the sale floor with cell phone accessories and replacement parts

2014-2015 Refurbishment Tech, Green Electronic Solutions Tucson, AZ I was hired in at this company to refurbish consumer electronics that came in to be recycled, this included PC’s, Laptops, Video game consoles, mobile devices both Apple and Android. If the device fit the criteria for refurbishment I would prepare it to be sold on eBay or in lots to walk in customers. 2010-2011 Senior Computer Technician/Diagnostic Repair Technician, Comtronics Alaska I was hired in as the head computer repair technician. I was responsible for intake of consumer and commercial electronics, upon diagnostic I would then formulate a repair estimate and relay my findings to the customer. We repaired everything that came in the door. We also specialized in vintage and modern Hi-Fi equipment. I also performed warranty repair work for LG, Samsung, Apple, Sanyo and Mitsubishi. Our warranty customers would be referred to our shop and either bring their TV to us or we would be dispatched to pick it up. Also during this period, I was contracted exclusively for Point of Sale network installations for a local company. 2001-2001 Network Administrator, Lafarge North America Michigan I was hired as part of a program for employees of the cement plant. There were 100+ servers that ran Windows, Novell NetWare and Unix. There were also 250+ workstations, automation equipment, emissions monitoring equipment and networked plotters and printers. My duties were to maintain and upgrade network components, install fiber ATM switches, terminate Cat-5 cable, upgrade workstations, troubleshoot network congestion and respond to user questions and service calls.
