As a home health aide, I am expected to do many duties. I start off with my client with range of motion, then we proceed to dressing and getting ready for work. I then proceed to pass out medication as well as making breakfast. I do light housekeeping such as; laundry, dishes, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and putting clean linens and clothes away. One thing I see as an accomplishment is knowing I am a big part in making my clients day an awesome day. To know you are one of many reasons someones life is easier is a huge accomplishment for me.

At Benchmark my experience was completely different. I enjoy working with others very much. As a team we were responsible for taking care of a group home. We had many responsibilities as well. We had to prepare dinner and make dinner, get showers accomplished, hand out medications, and prepare for them for bed. We also developed patient care plans, including assessments, evaluations, and we were responsible for getting them to and from doctor appointments. Many accomplishments came with having this job
