The project was to enhance existing Management Information Decision and Analysis System (MIDAS), Management Information Decision and Analysis System was an application designed to store and retrieve significant customer data with the bank enterprise wide. This project basically did small enhancements. It was a data warehousing project which had almost 300 tables. The primary job was to fetch data from these tables and provide the same to the downstream systems

Allianz Life, along with its subsidiaries, provides fixed and variable annuities, and life insurance products in the United States. It offers fixed index annuity designed for consumers with retirement, which offers principal protection, accumulation potential, and retirement income.

Licensing, Contracting and Appointment (LCA) processes.

The Project was to transform the data from the source legacy systems (SPOE & MAJAC) to the new agent management system (True producer). The company also wanted key integrator application between Allianz Life and the third party vendor Callidus, as well as to re-engineer the LCA processes before the building of a new system.

•Analyzed and studied Allianz Life’s systems in detail, and developed a roadmap that identified the opportunities and investments required to transform the processes.

•Created a detailed plan for the LCA program, including the business and IT transformation required, identified and documented all the 70 current state process maps for both lines of business within the company.

•Facilitated JAD sessions with management, users, subject matter experts (SME) and other stakeholders to define the project and to reduce the time frame required to complete deliverables.
