The New York State of Health (NYSOH) Marketplace is a mechanism to provide New York consumers and small businesses health insurance coverage in an easy and efficient way. MAXIMUS is responsible for processing documents sent by consumers applying through the NYSOH marketplace via mail, fax, and web. Processing includes extracting data from the received documents, linking the document to the correct person within the marketplace, and sending this information to the system of record for eligibility processing. As part of the NYSOH application process, applicants may be required to provide specific documentation proving their income, current health insurance status, citizenship status, etc. When this scenario is identified, the NYSOH Marketplace sends out a Request for Additional Information notice to the applicant, outlining the documents that need to be submitted.

Worked on following Modules:

Kofax and DMS: Scanning the Paper Applications and Verification Documents received from the Appellant, which imports the document images and data to a KOFAX work queue. Reading the Mask and data entry the applications and Validating the XMLs.

Document Tracking: After DMS feeds XML to Maxe, processing the tasks in Maxe Application. DPRs, HSDE QC, LDS, LDS QC, Complaint Tasks, Incident Open Appeals Task, Doc/Form Correction Task, Returned Mail Application Task, verification Task, Application in Process Task, Data Entry Research Task, process the tasks in Maxe Application.

Mobile Money Movement (Funds Transfers) : MMM allow bank customers to "Pay Other People" (pop) anywhere, at any time, using only a recipient's email address, cell phone number or bank account information. The scope of this request is to add Person-to-Person (P2P) payments to the CITI Mobile Thick client Bank Module, including supporting information security & fraud prevention standards, and updating respective marketing & promotional content across the site(s) and apps to promote the new experience. This project provides Web customers within an authenticated thick client session, with the ability to send money from their Ally funding accts to any person who has a U.S. Bank Acct.

Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) : Mobile Check Deposit is basically a new functionality that was introduced in CITIBANK where in the Citibank customers can take a picture of the check from their mobile phone and deposit the check to the required destination accounts. This functionality was very complex and this was even tied up with Enterprise Fraud Detection where in there are certain business rules that would trigger for each of the Deposit amounts and type of the checks used- Citibank/Non CITI bank checks. This was initially introduced to controlled market where in only few % of Citibank customers were given this privilege and later on this functionality was extended to all the bank customers RDC- Mass Market. There are certain eligibility criteria for the customers to make use of this feature for CITIBANK customer like customer should be at least 6 months relation with bank etc.

ATM & Branch Locator : To Find CITI Locations application allows the site visitors and customers to search by address, zip code nearby ATMs in the US. ATM location search is a core, fundamental capability of any Financial Institution that carries a physical presence. Kony’s MapPoint mapping platform is used to power the Find CITI Locations function on CITI Bank Online and CITI Mobile.
