Experience
Door Trim Design Engineer Jan 2016 – Nov 2016
Merit One Engineering Solutions, MI
Experience in CATIA V5 where I focused on complete product design.
Developing a procedure for defining draw direction as per draft analysis and proposed a parting line with draw direction and draft analysis. Created a boundary line and check for the closed body and offset it to a distance and closing the surface with sweep and fill option to make it a solid body.
Geometric tolerance and dimensioning plays a vital role in project, the designer should provide tolerances and type of fit so that the manufacture can process the product within the limits.
Good knowledge in Production tools. DFMEA and PFMEA and product development cycle where I focused on boundary diagram, p-diagram and 5 steps of selection of the product to get a desired product from the company.
Identify cavity and core and selection of plastic material components.
Design Engineer Jun 2013 – Jun 2014
GPS Hydraulics Ltd, Hyderabad
Worked as a design engineer in hydraulics machinery and gained experience in the design of mechanical and hydraulic parts.
Designed the mechanical parts using CATIA V5.
Studied and analyzing the schematic diagram of the part.
Intern Mar 2013 – May 2013
Defense Electronics Research Laboratory, Hyderabad
Designed a spiral helix antenna on uni-graphics (NX-7.5).
Worked on fiber reinforced plastics and their resins and developed a model by using the material.
The Machining is done by using master cam and also manual turning operation.
Manufactured the antenna on CNC machine by using master cam
