Familiar with pneumatic, hydraulic vacuum assisted system operations, and maintenance logs. Fine tuning for precision, maintaining over all quality. Demonstrate ability to be a quick learner in new processes along with consistency, accuracy, responsibility and taking an initiative approach. High level of attention to detail. Solid work record! Solid attendance record! Many of my own tools and gauges, micrometers, depth gauge, veneer, indicator gauge, ect. Knowledge working with tight tolerance specification and surface finish. Programming experienced. Employment History:

Machinist: Mold Maker June29,2015--May6,2016

Itran-Thompkins Precision Rubber Corp. South Plainfield N.J Trained in all aspects required for building injection, transfer, and compression molding using auto cad system.

Interpret print and drawings for mold and cavity design. Prepare raw materials to be used, cut to size with band saw, deburr edges and prep surface. Mark cross-hairs locating center of part. Highlight areas to be machined, knowing where and how to clamp appropriately. Square- up part to be machined positioned on properly located parallels according to each specific design, clamp down in appropriate area with equal tension in Mazak mounting table surface. Run surface gauge across face to ensure levelness. Indicate work piece center using indicator gauge. Different methods of this apply upon certain situations. Select machine function to be used, (mill, drill & tap, square, arbitrary, counter bore, circle mill, ect.) Program tooling, machining coordinates and patterns to be used. Adjust speed and feeds to accommodate materials being machined, as well as tooling life condition and compensate feed rate reduction momentarily in particular areas, such as penetrating initial outer skin or delicate areas. Include construction hole locations and pry slot areas where applicable in program.

Measure tool lengths in tool data. Apply w.p.c coordinates to program . List machining priority to units. Run program and listen for any improper pitches and or stress induced irregularity upon material and or tooling life condition breaking down. Adjust depths and parameters accordingly to detail, closing in on final dimension using tool data actual tool size diameter to compliment the process if necessary due to tooling life breaking down or being pushed a little too hard. Inspect machining procedure, measure for accuracy and actual final dimension. Inspect for smooth finish quality.

Fabricate fixtures or templates to work from when necessary to accommodate cavity design or surface ground center plate using either Bridgeport or Mazak. Unclamp machined parts, take out of machine and deburr. Assemble parts where required, install bushings and guide pins machined to spec using lathe. Form handles or lift tabs, mount to mold housing. Stamp identification number to housing. Interpret blue print drawings, set-up and operate Lathe and Bridgeport, form mostly guide pins and pin bushings to various tolerances and designs. Fabricate roller bushings per customer requirement as well as shaft design. Indicate and inspect run out tolerance, skin down sleeves and inserts. Clausing collet lathe and sharp 3 jaw chuck. Centerless Grinder set-up mechanic/operator

Lee Linear Controls/ Mar19,2007--Jan31,2015 Piscataway N.J Set up machinery consisting of mathematical skills with hand and power tools. Ensure work rest, (interchangeable blades) is within .005 in difference between left and right side. Set the rigger supported roller bearings optimizing angle necessary for each individual set-up. Operate, make adjustments and run machinery for a smooth high quality finish. Inspect steel shaft production for problem areas, maintain consistent size and accuracy through out length of shafts that are measured as job requirement with a micrometer specifying tenth's of thousand's of an inch. Ability to hold .0001-.00015 tolerance when material is pin straight. Also performed required 250 hour maintenance schedules on various machinery, parts and rollers. Changed and balanced grinding wheels, installed using overhead crane. Set up and operate manual lathes with swing over cross slide, taper turning, radius forming, ect. Bridgeport milling machines with automatic quill feeds using as little as .0015 in. while viewing dial indicator gauge. Surface grinders, chamfer grinders, experienced Haas set-up/operator, experienced CNC set-up/operator, hydraulic press straightening, shaft straightening machines, aluminum and steel cut off saws. Annual training classes in blueprint reading.

Acid Mix Operator

Johnson Controls/ Aug1,2006--Mar4,2007 New Brunswick N.J Mixed acid from a high specific gravity, then diluted with water and sodium sulfate to reach a lower specific gravity contained in 3000 gallon holding tanks. Maintained all operations and plumbing requirements in acid house.

Utility Mechanic/Operator

Delphi Battery Div/ 1994--2006 New Brunswick N.J

Adjusted and inspected all machinery working out bugs to the best of quality. Inspect production batteries for high quality finish on assembly lines fed by powered conveyors, consisting of various machinery such as electronic welders, finger alignment tools, heat sealers, air checks, plus other machinery on different models. Battery skid operator

Delphi Battery Div/ 1992--1994 New Brunswick N.J
