Conducted a water study that saved the company over 10,000 USD annually, a heat transfer study that saved over 25,000 USD annually on electric and natural gas usage, and redesigned the regeneration process of the plug flow, ion-exchanger reactors to increase regeneration time and reduce HCL usage. Saving were in production time, water usage, and other raw materials. Company cost savings was in excess of 40,000 USD annually

Provided all environmental compliance data and calculations to the state of Georgia and Wisconsin (New Site) on air emissions and liquid/solid discharges

Maintained and supervised over sixty (60) energy savings contracts for various companies which included South Carolina Public School Systems, Presbyterian College, paper mills, and other production facilities. Liability for these contracts was valued in excess of thirty-five million USD

Performed energy surveys at the above sites to establish usage trends before and after energy savings measure were installed

Assisted in the development of the method of determining energy savings through monitoring amp draw per unit time as opposed to previous used methods of utility bill data
