Dedication, discipline, and a broad background of knowledge is what I am able to bring to your company. Investigation and problem solving are two of my greatest strengths. The ability to look at situations from various perspectives and come up with solutions that are both functional and reliable is the key to truly solving any problem. My experience, education, characteristics and personal traits allow me to do just that. I enjoy a challenge, and tasks which require multiple disciplines and skills to accomplish the goal.

Programmed and maintained plant control systems which included an ABB distributive control system, supplemented by Allen Bradley PLC’s
Managed and maintained all LAN systems and WAN bridges between plant sites and corporate offices in Atlanta Georgia
Managed all site utilities and power systems; water, sewer, electrical and natural gas. Found an initial problem in utilities that saved the company 340,000 USD the first year. Conducted a water study that saved the company over 10,000 USD annually, a heat transfer study that saved over 25,000 USD annually on electric and natural gas usage, and redesigned the regeneration process of the plug flow, ion-exchanger reactors to increase regeneration time and reduce HCL usage. Saving were in production time, water usage, and other raw materials. Company cost savings was in excess of 40,000 USD annually
Designed and supervised the construction of the company's first research facility/clean process plant in the United States
Provided all environmental compliance data and calculations to the state of Georgia and Wisconsin (New Site) on air emissions and liquid/solid discharges
Supervised and managed all site construction and maintenance projects
Provided engineering support and on site supervision for the decommissioning of outdated colloidal silica plant in Downing, California
Maintained and updated all site engineering drawings (Auto-cad)
Provided mechanical engineering support for EKA sites world wide
Supervised construction and supported/designed a new “Jumbo Reactor” facility in Green Bay Wisconsin. The facility more than doubled the batch process production of colloidal silica in North America for EKA Chemicals
