Achievements: Evaluation rinsing and cooking preparation in an effort to reduce the concentration of nutrients, such as Niacin, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine, Thiamine and Folic Acid in the rice by HPLC and LC- MS. And evaluated preparation effect on total arsenic and arsenic species reduction in rice.

Contributed in a research related to completed usage of Sheep Placenta (Master’s thesis): prepared peptides from sheep placenta and test the immune-competence of the peptides by cell proliferation experiment; prepared protein powers by proteases and spray drying and studied the antioxidant capacity of dried proteins power.

Established methods to extract arecoline by enzymolysis and ethanol from leaching and tested the arecoline concentration by HPLC.

Designed modified methods to pulverize tea using low temperature methods, including high pressure, liquid nitrogen and enzymolysis, and tested ingredients and quality and senses by GC-MS.

Investigated the sterilization effect of three different methods, high pressure, pasteurization and inorganic ceramic membrane on pineapple juice and milk. PUBLICATION
