RESPONSIBILITIES included budgetary compliance, occupancy growth and marketing,
managing and directing department managers, community outreach, and successful
regulatory outcomes. Was successful in growing occupancy from 33% to 97% in first
year.
DIETARY MANAGER AND ADMINISTRATOR IN TRAINING. HERITAGE HALL NURSING AND
REHABILITATION CENTER, LEESBURG, VA. 2006-2009, 164 bed skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities as Dietary Manager included kitchen operations, clinical oversight and
budgetary compliance. Deficiency free surveys in all years. Developed fine dining
program and innovative program for staffing challenges to accommodate cultural
differences.
Administrator-in-Training Program was responsible for management and oversight for
five departments. Was involved directly with budgetary planning, staff development, and
overall census growth.
DIETARY MANAGER. HEALTH CARE CENTER, CULPEPER, VA 2002-2006, 225 bed skilled
nursing facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES included clinical oversight, kitchen operations, budgetary
planning and compliance, new kitchen design, and catering program.
