Planning & scheduling the erection and sequence of the activities related to the mechanical work at site.

Implementing the work schedule & monitoring the day to day progress of the work.

Erection as per standards and drawings as per requirement.

Preparing weekly / Monthly Reports for submission to Management.

Reporting to client on weekly and monthly basis regarding target achieved, future plans, backlog analysis and constraints.

Preparation of erection protocols.

Material follow up and ensuring the sequential availability of material during various stages of erection

Controlling all construction and commissioning activity of mechanical work.

Interacting with customer, contractors and statutory authorities such as boiler inspector, factory inspector relating to mechanical work.

Handling central excise formalities and IBR formalities at site.

Maintaining materials records and materials follow up.

Executing fabrication of supporting structures at site.

Reviewing the work done by the contractors and subordinates.

Developing and implementing strategies for optimum utilization of resources.

Resolving the issues and bottlenecks.

Ensuring Quality and Safety at site.
