Engineer Quality Assurance – since Jan 15:

Key (Main) Responsibilities:

Preparation of Counter Measure(8D) for Customer Complaints

Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions

Discard or reject products, materials and equipment not meeting specifications

Inspect, test, and sample materials or assembled pats or products for defects and deviations from specifications

Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications

Responsible for operating CMM, Roundness Tester, Visual Inspection and other measurement equipment

Issue Reject Material Report and review with Engineering / Production when non-conformance found

Motoring the inspections for incoming, outgoing and in-process

Preparation of Customer & In house Complaint Register
