25 Years In Woven Fabric Processing.

10 years combined experience in knit and woven.

Very good Knowledge In Continuous &semicontinuous Bleaching, Dyeing, And Finishing of Cotton And Synthetic Fabric.

15 years experience in syenthetic dyeing. (polyester, Nylon and its blends )

12years in experience knitted dyeing&finishing.I handled 10 tons per day(tubular and open width).I worked air flow and soft flow m/c 1: 5 MLR.

TROUBLE SHOOTING :-

Singe desize machine

Appearance of finished fabric, accordingly adjust burner setting with help of engineering.

Bleaching range.

Out coming product, suitable for dyeing or white. Example free from travelling crease, uniform absorbance throughout fabric,pH . Frequent interval checking the dosing system, line steam pressure and functioning of machine control.

Mercerizer

Out coming product, suitable for dyeing and finishing. Example free from crease,selvedge cut, width of fabric, any foreign water dropping and maintain uniform speed throughout lot.

Dye padder

Out coming product, free from dyeing defect Example Centre selvedge variation, uniformity, stitch mark,flub mark, colour dropping, abrasion mark. Take care dosing system and dosing solution, mangle pick up and machine setting.

Pad steam

Out coming fabric, free from dyeing defect Example Neutral pH, water dropping, crease. Proper attention steam valve, exhaust system and dosing system.

Stenter

Out coming fabric, it should meet further requirement. Example Width, free from bowing, selvedge cut, keep suitable temp, handling crease.

Finishing machine.

Effect should meet the customer needs, shrinkage, calendar effect. Free from septic crease, no hole in calendar fabric, foreign stain.

Brushing and emerizing machine.

Out coming fabric, uniform effect and customer requirement. Example speed of machine, auto control system working, selection emery roll, feed fabric condition ( free from crease, selvedge and size ).

Printing

Screen / selection screen mesh number according to coverage, reused screen not for sharp design. Planning number sets requirement according to length of order.

Colours and chemicals/ selection should meet lab std test report, hand feel.

Machine/ out coming product free defect, speed,screen setting, colour, design placement as per party approved cutting. take care of blanket condition.

Jet dyeing

Through checking of water,steam,air pressure line as per std. After loading watch free flow of fabric before start processing.
