●Serve as the Substance Abuse Prevention Coordinator (PC) subject matter expert (SME) regarding doctrine, policy, and training directly related to substance abuse issues within a specific State or Territory. Serve as the key point of contact (POC) and coordinator for the implementation of the Substance Abuse Services Initiative (SASI)
