Managed and supervised residential, commercial, hospitality industry, and governmental construction projects successfully over the past 18 years in the states of Texas, New Mexico, Maryland, Georgia, Alabama, Virginia, Kentucky, New York, Virginia, and California providing services to IHG Army Hotels, Holyday Inn Express, Hilton, Lend Lease Properties, Balfour Beatty and Corvias Military Housing, General Administration Services, U.S Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Homeland Security, HAC/HUD, and Private entities assuring their regulation and being in compliance with in their design standards.
Provided daily operational review/quality control of ongoing projects as it relates to imposed government regulatory requirements addressed in RFQ’s and Contract Award Documents.
Led and assisted other team members at project bid process, material take-off, RFP evaluation, hard bid collection and bid process utilizing RS Means and Timberline, daily construction site supervision, site quality assurance, health and safety enforcement, OSHA training, SWPP/APP/QCP development, and provided advise and encouragement when difficult job related incidents occurred.

Developed Work Orders and Subcontractor contracts, wrote scope of work for individual trades and vendors (PO), negotiated change orders with clients and subcontractors, and delivered repair free and low maintenance facilities.
