My position supports the company using SCCM enterprise-wide regarding help desk support, network administration support, IT hardware support, and Windows 7 & 10 applications support. Working with custom configurations through Windows 7&10 with 32/64 bit memory install for each work station for bridged networking during builds loading needed ISO image files from server 2012R2. Cisco Call Manager and Unity. Process flow and support documentation for areas of responsibility. I provided movement requirements to lift providers for plans, crises, and Combatant Commanders as well as Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS). My Chief of Operations has been in the forefront of JOPES from the beginning and has trained me on the front lines of planning, building and preparation. The description of Certified Action Officer JOPES Analyst position was developing Time-Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) for Collaborative, Crisis Action, and Special Compartmentalized plans in support of the Combatant Commander. I have worked in the trenches alongside Mr. Pat Hall under his direction while attending JOPES Conferences where we put our skills to work in a demanding fast paced environment.
