TRANSCANADA PIPELINE– Houston, Texas 2008 – 2016
Mobile Systems & Support Lead/Level 2 Workstation Support (2013-2016)
Maintained and supported mobile devices and accounts spanning 10 separate cellular service providers for more than 2,000 employees throughout the United States while continuing previous workstation support.
- Initiated and approved service audits and optimizations that saved an estimated $20k annually.
- Implemented processes to improve order processing efficiency by more than 200%. Designed changes to the customer interface that refined the process to better serve internal customers.
- Proposed a mobile mail solution endorsed by both Workstation and Infrastructure management that significantly increased mobile reliability, management and recovery.
Level 2 Workstation Support (2011 – 2013)
Resolved user requests and incidents for more than 3,000 users in the United States. Lead technician for facilitating audio and video setup and support for departmental meetings and company-wide town halls originating in the Houston office. Used BMC Remedy for ticket tracking.
