Project Coordinator (Admission Services)

This person will report to the Executive Director, Roger Lurie. Roger creates the project plans and scope of the projects. This person will work with the BAs, developers, and the business teams to make sure the project plans are updated in MS Project. To stay informed they will be responsible for attending status meetings with all stakeholders. This person will need to have professional business acumen as they will be in front of business stakeholders. They will also need to be able to be successful working in groups as well as on their own. Some of the work is collaborative, but a lot of it will be on their own as well. The priority of this environment is ever changing, and the right person will need to be comfortable with that. The day to day will vary depending on priority level and what's at stake, and typically the business customer determines that.

Scrum Master

Initiate an organized project in-take process

Prepare agendas and associated documents for meetings as necessary

Facilitate project in-take meetings

Facilitate project prioritization meeting with executive leadership

Assist project leads with various project management duties using Agile methodology

Schedule and facilitate ceremonial meetings (scrums, sprint planning, review & retrospectives, etc.) as requested

Organize and update ticketing system with JIRA
