•Windows platform engineering team. Worked on a project for standardization and remediation of all global Windows systems to increase efficiency for support and security. These included physical, virtual and cloud AWS systems. Provide auditors the necessary information for proof of compliance.

•Remediated OS and software vulnerabilities as identified by the vulnerability management team.

Researched, advocated and implemented a VMware Intel-based server infrastructure resulting in a reduction of data center overhead costs by 40%.

Installed and maintained a Windows and Linux server infrastructure of 350+ systems including high availability Windows clusters, Windows Terminal Server farms, Print Servers, and the Windows Server infrastructure for ten remote offices.

Researched, tested and maintained systems and processes to enable the Point of Sale infrastructure at all corporate restaurants. This work included system image creation and maintenance, deployment documentation, and future technology research and testing for all systems involved in restaurant operations.

Maintained Microsoft Exchange environment supporting the corporate office and more than 1800 restaurants. Support included managing the messaging security infrastructure for SPAM filtering.
