Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, leading and monitoring subordinates and subcontractors to execute all tasks as to meet project completion within the tolerance

Preparation of the Project Production plan and Monthly completion plan & Review with Management, subordinates and subcontractors for completion of jobs

Drawing checking after collect the fill of materials list.

Purchase for requirement material list & requirement document.

Review the raw material test certificates & identification of materials as per the drawing requirement

Materials and work process allocation for subcontractors as per the schedule

Monitor work progress as per project specification

Stage wise inspection of welding as per project specification and applicable standard .(fit up, root pass visual & NDT, Final weld Visual & Non-Destructive Testing)

Reviewing of radiography test reports and conduction hydraulic test for boilers and its ace

Preparing History Card and Updating for Completion of data booklet

Review of welding procedure and performance qualification record.

Boiler data booklet stage by stage following and preparation history cards.

Preparation of Material Traceability, Weld Map and Inspection Reports.

Maintain Record for the calibration equipments,

Carried out dimensional inspection on all the finished products.

Maintaining the quality document and ISO document.

Record all production inspection points relevant to quality, including a final map and report sheet showing all identified welding imperfection

Submit a final inspection report of our findings to the Client QC department for analysis and any remedial actions.

Inspection of final painting of finished products.

Qualify welding procedure and welder as per the applicable standard

Prepare comprehensive work completion and progress reports based on the work completed

Preparation of all Documents for job completion
