Overall close coordination and assist of the project with 01 DMUs

(Divisional Management Unit/DFO), 8 FMUs (Field Management Unit/Range

officer) for technical assistance of the Project Implementation on behalf

of Project Management Consultant And Supervising of 01 NGOs (01

Coordinator, 01 Co- coordinator and 25 Field officers), and technical

assistance of 130 project area villages.

Job Profile:-

To Assist and managerial support to DMU and FMU in supervising the

contractors (NGOs) for:-

. Coordinate all project activity within framework and advised forest

department for the successful implementation of project.

. Built up capacity of Forest Department and NGO Staff on Site

Selection, Community Organizing, and Micro Planning and identification

of good livelihood model through Project orientation and training

programmers.

. Monitored project progress and NGO performance for improving project

performance and bringing transparency and accountability in the

project implementation.

. Lead the process of Joint Forest Management Committee (JFMC) site

selection in the project whereby 130 sites for JFMCs have been

selected.

. Coordinate and lisoning with line Department as IFIGR Lucknow, CMAP

Lucknow, and Department of Agriculture for improving Agriculture

based livelihood of targeted people.

. Prepare Business plan for SHG on poultry, Goatry and project them as

model IGA run by SHG.

. Environmental awareness rising of local people, publicity and

communication and capacity building of JFMC/SHGs members.

. Training need analysis (TNA) for JFMC/SHGs members and developing

comprehensive training program.

. Organizing training sessions for JFMC/SHGs members as well as exposure

trips and follow -up activities.

. Supporting SHG for rotating saving and linkage with micro finance

institutions.

. Feasibility studies for income generation activities of SHG and

preparation of their business plans

. Supporting SHG and their consortiums for their IGA operation

including marketing, procurement of necessary equipments, production

and marketing support, account etc.

. Capacity building of eco development committees on ecotourism site

management, tour guiding and marketing of ecotourism.
