Job Profile:-
To Assist and managerial support to DMU and FMU in supervising the

. Built up capacity of Forest Department and NGO Staff on Site
Selection, Community Organizing, and Micro Planning and identification
of good livelihood model through Project orientation and training
programmers.
. Monitored project progress and NGO performance for improving project
performance and bringing transparency and accountability in the

. Lead the process of Joint Forest Management Committee (JFMC) site
selection in the project whereby 130 sites for JFMCs have been
selected.
. Coordinate and lisoning with line Department as IFIGR Lucknow, CMAP
Lucknow, and Department of Agriculture for improving Agriculture
based livelihood of targeted people.
. Prepare Business plan for SHG on poultry, Goatry and project them as
model IGA run by SHG.
. Environmental awareness rising of local people, publicity and
communication and capacity building of JFMC/SHGs members.
. Training need analysis (TNA) for JFMC/SHGs members and developing
comprehensive training program.
. Organizing training sessions for JFMC/SHGs members as well as exposure
trips and follow -up activities.
. Supporting SHG for rotating saving and linkage with micro finance
institutions.
. Feasibility studies for income generation activities of SHG and
preparation of their business plans
. Supporting SHG and their consortiums for their IGA operation
including marketing, procurement of necessary equipments, production
and marketing support, account etc.
