I have a thorough working knowledge of MS Office Products, as well as strong capabilities in a number of systems including but not limited to; Intuit ERP, SBT(ACCPAC), Macola, Great Plains and QuickBooks, to name a few. I have also managed/administered the IT infrastructure with previous companies I have enjoyed working in as well as managing the human resources function to include all benefits administration.
I worked closely with the CEO in our first - LBO early in my career (NYCOA) and since that time have concentrated on highly leveraged situations and turnarounds which have been privately held by either individual investors, private equity investment firms or a combination. I have participated in capital raising efforts at a number of private equity firms in New York City, in Boston and throughout Massachusetts. $5+ million negative in August of 1983 to cash positive by November of ‘86.
b. Restructured the corporate debt through discounting, negotiating and arranging for a $4.2 million loan within my first 5 months. Resultant first year savings, over $ 980,000
c. From 1988 through 1990, I worked closely senior manage and numerous due diligence
teams for positioning, evaluation and sale of the company to a large foreign host.
