Presently working in NDDB Project as a fodder development Officer at Odisha
Worked in Watershed Nawrangpur as WMT( Livelihoods) Since Feb 2015 to June 2016.
I . Arrange village meetings to identify poor peoples (land less) and support him for conduct a small business for his livelihoods.
ii. trained small farmers on different types of agricultural activities and give him financial and kind component through our PSME scheme.
iii. Inspection the activities of the villagers time to time.
iv. Create SHG groups and trained them for new concepts to work out by them.
v. maintained documentations and office works. Etc.
Five years work experience in Odisha State Seeds Corporation Ltd., as an Asst. Seed Production Officer,Jeypore at Koraput, Odisha. From December -2009 to Dec 2014
I.Selection the farmers and distribute the Foundation or Breeder seeds.
II.Visit to field for inspection the crop and give advice to proper management up to harvesting to the farmers.
III.Procurement of unprocessed seeds from farmers and send to processing plant .
IV.After processing sale and supply the seeds to Private Dealers and Private Agriculture co-operative societies (PACS).
V.Collection the dues and make subsidy bills and payment to farmers their seed cost. And Dealer commission to Dealers.
Two year five months work experience in Nayaagarh Sugar Complex Ltd. Nayaagarh, Odisha. From June- 2007 to Nov -2009
i.Arranged training programmes to trained the farmers on development of cane fields.
ii.Supply seed cane and Fertilizer to growers as an input and Field visit for inspection.
iii.Verified the document of grower and forward the same to bank for lone.
iv.Issue the cutting order to growers & Procurement the sugarcane and supply to plant.
v.And payment to grower of cane cost after reimburse the loan amount and input cost.
