Jr Software Engineer (5/2015 – 1/2017)
Developed for 12 key projects on multi-tier Windows application suite using Object Pascal (Delphi), SQL Server, COM, Git, XHTML, CSS, DLLs, Windows API, and Web Service integration. These apps were used for health insurance claim workflow management and reporting.
Created and maintained library of SQL Server stored procedures, SSIS packages, and VBA scripts for ETL processes and managerial reports.
Successfully raised awareness for OOAD best practices, MVVM architectural pattern, SOLID principles, TDD techniques, design patterns, and Agile/SCRUM workflows.

Web Developer/Network Engineer (3/2004 – 5/2015)
Reduced engineer workflow time 50% by creating from the ground up a new project management, workflow management, and records keeping tool. This took the form of an intranet web application using C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, SQL Server, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, BLL/DAL architectural pattern, ADO.NET. Key features included telecom circuit design and record keeping, inventory and work order management, trouble ticket system, P.O. system, and reporting functions.
Generated reports for department heads using SQL Server, VBA scripts, IBM AS400, and MS Access databases.
Installed and administered web, database, and file servers, Cisco routers and switches, employee workstations, and telecommunication servers and equipment for TDM, SONET, T1, T3, ISDN/PRI, VOIP, and Microwave radio networks.
Researched new technology, purchased parts, processed and managed service orders and work orders, fulfilled FCC reporting requirements, managed and coordinated trouble and outage responses between employees and telecom providers, trained on best practices, and worked to enhance department operations productivity, and efficiency.

Created new site which generated $40,000 revenue per month (PaperGarden.com), and used Classic ASP, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Visual Studio, and SQL Server. Single-handedly developed from ground up in two weeks, complete with product catalog, shopping cart, and credit card processing.
Mentored team of 2 other developers on code re-use, object oriented concepts, and data structures.

Created a DHTML-based web app using JavaScript for creating custom part-numbers for items used in aerodynamics industry.
Gathered requirements, conducted needs analysis, coordinated project, recruited, supervised, and mentored two student developers and oversaw all aspects of project design and development.
