Manage and plan investment projects for Beijing Capital and Sinosphere, two semi-government funded venture capital companies from China for real estate and corporate M&A in the US. Establish network between all the previous business contacts of the clients and use it for potential investment projects not on the market. From the network, services are requested by the Hainan Capital, a fortune 500 company from China for their entertainment and sports M&A projects.

Consulted several civil aviation businesses and established direct contact with governmental agencies and authorities in China. Acquired priority status for public project bidding. Managed bidding and bid invitations for numerous projects related to civil aviation and air space control projects in China. Established joint venture status between Chinese State owned business and the clients. All the clients had never been to China before and had no business recognition in Asia. This project was built by personally network from previous business contacts. After learned clients business plans to explore the Asia market, I built the company with friends. Using partners’ network, several retired high rank civil and military officers were recruited as company directors and used their personal connection to expedite the bid reviewing and awarding process. I recruited the retired Minister of Civil Aviation to be our outside consultant.
