1.Recruitment :

Conducting telephonic interview with the candidates.
Preparing interview schedule & communicating the same to our departments HOD.

To analyze the need for obtaining Contract Labour Licence & communication the same to the HOD.
Preparing & arranging the documents for obtaining the Contract labour License.

To check correctness of PF withdrawal/ transfer form of employees deputed on client site before submitting to PF department.
Processing of PF settlement claim form in Form 19 & 10C & transfer form 13.

Coordination of payment of PF, ESIC & Professional Tax.
Preparing the Holiday list applicable during the year.
Sending the list of holidays to the Head office for approval.
