Project Description:

FCA is changing the employee health care benefits third party vendor from Aon Hewitt to Willis Towers Watson (WTW). The new FCA BenSync process must be able to accept and process files from WTW. As part of this project, creates new modules for WTW BenSync process (For Basic, Dependent, HC, Non-HC and Medicare). FCA team and WTW have agreed upon the file layouts. The new BenSync stream will be modified from the existing process flow.

Project Description:

The Speed wave Throttle Prioritization (STP) and Logistics Release Management (LRM) systems are presently deployed for the North American Old Navy campuses to assign and maintain a prioritization order of allocated merchandise for release to the RGTI Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The prioritization algorithms modulate the flow of allocated units that are released to the stores so deliveries do not overload a store’s receiving capacity and so the highest priority available units are released first.The purpose of this project is to implement these automated prioritization processes for all the North America Brands.

The available legacy style numbers are being depleted as new styles are created to support the

Business needs.The pace at which style numbers are being created has also quickened due to business growth (i.e., acquisitions, new markets, new channels, etc.). At the current rate of style creation, all available style numbers will be depleted by the end of 2011. Without available style numbers, Gap will be unable to create new styles and effectively run the business.

To address the above issue, GAP initiated a style purge project to develop a new purge annual process to reclaim the “non-adopted” style numbers for reuse in the future. The “non adopted” style numbers are the 6-digit styles that have no colors, Commitments and at least 2 year old.
