Have 26 years of experience in teaching, administration and management of school activities. I have vast experience of expertise in heading a big team. As a head of managing a school I manage around 50 teaching staffs, and students of various ages from KG to 12th grade. I have helped the management by my dynamic and professional work which helped in profitable budgeting without losing the safe and healthy environment of school. 1.Responsibilities:

I took all responsibilities of Oxford English School in the first two years. In the last two years I took complete responsibilities of Academics alone and now promoted to Higher Secondary level. The present strength of Oxford is 900+. Now Oxford is Pioneer at Chidambaram among the six CBSE schools. So I worked wholeheartedly and got complete job satisfaction in the past 4 years.

2.Responsibilities:

I helped the management in getting good number of admissions in the beginning. As a founder principal of this school I took all responsibilities of managing students, staffs and all activities related to school. I took up the task of teacher’s recruitment, maintaining discipline and decorum in school campus getting feedback from students, teachers and parents and taking appropriate action on it at appropriate time. I took the task of going rounds regular intervals to ensure that all activities in school are carried out well. I prepared the files for NOC and helped for applying affiliation. I fully involved in the curriculum set up, preparation of various registers including attendance for teachers’ students as per the CBSE guidelines for running the school, selection of text books, syllabus books, calendar, diary, progress report etc. I imparted and trained the teachers the techniques of various teaching methodologies learnt and experienced by me. I encouraged students for various competitive exams and conducted many exams (at National and international level) in the school itself. I introduced various club activities in the school and given in charge to teachers and monitored the function of the clubs regularly. I conducted Parent teachers meet regularly and got the feedback and rectified it immediately. I took whole and sole responsibility of all activities related to school. I was the founder principal of the following two schools under the same Management.

3.Responsibilities:

I handled Physics classes for 10th, 11th and 12th grade. Apart from classroom teaching I gave coaching for AIEEE(now IIT-JEE) and other competitive exams in the school itself. I took responsibility of coordinating interested students to participate in Physics Olympiad and helped them in their activities to get award and certificates. I attended curriculum orientation program at senior secondary level (CBSE) in Chandigarh. I also took the task of recording each students activities and providing feedback to principal and parents at appropriate times to take necessary actions for improvement if needed from their side.
