Responsibilities

E-BOP Package handled WATER TREATMENT PLANT, ASH HANDLING PLANT, COAL HANDLING PLANT, GIS, PLANT GRID EARTHING,CONSTRUCTION POWER ACTIVITIES and CHIMNEY.

Preparation the erection sketch, material management and giving marking plan for Erection.

Erection, Testing and commissioning HV Transformer’s up to 16MVA.

HT and LT motors erection & commission.

Inspect the PSSR from motor end to panel end.

Execution of Cable lay route up to 500 kms.

Towers material inspection done as per BOQ.

Segregate the material, Erection and stringing done.

Handling site illumination, switchgears building flat earthing execution.

Planning, Monitoring, Resource management and Documentation, ability to adapt new technologies, Co-ordination with client Engineers & Consultants.

Handling of 400KV Gas Insulated Switchyard (GIS), WTP, AHP and CHP execution.

Erection and commission of 33/11 KV Substation and 11/0.433 KV Construction power supply ring main system.

Operation and Maintenance of 33/11 KV Substation.

Co-ordination with Client for works and issues.

Erection, Testing& Commissioning of Electrical equipment’s.

Maintenance of Ring type distribution feeders 11kv in overhead lines.

Erection, Testing, trouble shooting of M.V and L.V Switchgear.

Co-ordination with Client, contractors and Sub-Contractors.

HT and LT cable laying.

Site Grid Earthing.

To carry out the corrective & preventive maintenance of various typed of feeders in the entire plant, monitoring and rectification of defectives feeders.

Handling construction power activities.

Preparation of Manpower schedule and equipment schedule to execute the work.

Coordinated with Mechanical, Civil for the inputs required for completion of works.

Project -2 : 2 X 150MW (Phase#1) of KVk NPPL Nagapattinam, Tamilnadu.

Responsibilities

Preparation of Monthly progress report which includes progress, quality, safety and availability of tools and tackles, etc.,

Supervision and Execution the 33KV/11 KV, 11KV/0.433KV substation with installation of transformer, LT & HT Panels with cables.

Laying power cables, Trouble shooting and site Electrical maintance.

Check and certify the contractor’s bill and make necessary arrangement to payment within time.

Involved in maintenance up to 250 KVA DG.

Maintaining Safety at work places.

Project -3: KAYGEE CONTRACTORS

worked as the Trainee Engineer from (12 Aug 2009 - 10 Mar 2011)

Responsibilities:

Assisting to prepare the schedules for target dates.

Co Ordination with client engineers.

Supervision of LT/HT Panels installation.

Supervision of Battery banks installation.

Testing and commissioning assistance.

Preparation of as built drawings.
