Facilitate Equipment Reliability Procedures using FMEA analysis to assess criticality ranking of Equipment Failure Modes, develop Preventive Maintenance & Criticality Procedures to implement the required actions for risk mitigation and unplanned failures. Provide financial analysis and reconciliation of production cost components using Benefit to cost ratio to justify the Maintenance procedures.

Generate and assess Spare Part Lists required for equipment to support the critical PM tasks developed from the Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) and review & revise equipment data sheets and criticality assessments.

Analyse Single Line Electrical Drawings, HVAC drawings and Piping & Instrumentation drawings and Implement them into equipment hierarchy, Criticality Assessments, Preventive Maintenance Procedures, and Spare Parts List within the required work scope. Create BOM (Bill of Materials) of equipment and upload them in various databases prior to Project Commissioning.

Liaise with Business, Maintenance, Planners, Procurement, Vendors, and SME teams to facilitate Equipment Reliability Assessments and Preventive Maintenance Procedures.

Ensure compliance to site standards and all government and corporate regulations in safety, health, and environment for all capital projects.

Using Tdocs, SAP and InTools to build Functional Location Templates for equipment within scope of work.

Responsible for managing and planning projects simultaneously within given deadlines.

Assist in developing project work packages including, deliverables, budgets, schedules, and project progress.

Prepare and/or review technical work scopes and specifications.

Ensure that the deliverables meet the quality objectives of the project and deliverables are completed on scheduled timeline, within budget allocated prior to commissioning.

Designed and built an automated Robot, utilizing light sensors to guide itself through a maze and to sense and carry payload from pickup to a designated point utilizing LEGO Mindstorms.

Designed and built a working prototype of a bicycle mounted generator to convert mechanical energy into electrical energy to power handheld devices, along with a working prototype of a multi-feed battery pack.
