Executive Assistant to the President and CEO, Primary Metal, Aluminium 2012-2016 Provided administrative support to the President and the Primary Metal Montreal team consisting of three VP’s as follows:

• Executed administrative support to senior executives

• Managed complex agendas (meetings also scheduled in different time zones)

• Prepared correspondence/documents

• Organized global travel arrangements for executives, including visa applications

• Screened, handled, and redirected calls

• Created purchase orders in SAP and invoice tracking

• Met and greeted visitors (internal and external) to the office

• Assembled data for reports to the Executive Committee (i.e. weekly Lean Meetings)

• Helped organize offsite meetings and conferences

• Interacted with the CEO Mining Executive to help organize the monthly Executive Committee meetings (i.e. logistics and gathering presentation material and sending out to the members of the Executive Committee and having booklets printed on time).
