Initially hired in 2010 to develop an overall accounting and financial management team for this organization (at the time, the Alexander Automotive Group was the largest retailer of automobiles in the state of Tennessee). After the passing of the CEO, I assisted in a successful sale of 15 franchise operations and their related real estate holdings. After the sale of the franchise operations, my management team developed the future retail and real estate operations for this closely held family business. A current operation that retails over 400 cars a month, a related finance company that grosses over 2 million dollars in collections per month (45 million plus in finance notes receivables) and a towing operation that has increased revenues from 2.4 million to well over 5 million with the calendar year 2016.
