I was responsible to run Third Shift as a temporary assignment till production was caught up. Third shift's production surpassed Second ship production by 128%. Second Shift had 41 Employee's and third had only 16. At the close of Third shift all 16 employees were interrogated into the other shift to help train personnel. Then assigned to reset up all production machinery to meet safety requirements and production standards.
