This role was re-created in Houston Headquarters for hiring success along with implementing new
processes/programs and infrastructure around recruitment and talent management. My role and responsibilities
encompass a variety of areas where processes or programs had not been created, adhered to or implemented.
My initial focus was to begin to source, recruit and fill the 36 open positions due to no work focus on them for over
a year.
