Welding inspection, Examine DP and Radiograph film.

Prepare procedure of DP and RT as per ASME section V & VIII for every client.

Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical method relevant to manufacturing processes.

Maintain QA/QC records as necessary for tracking of all inspection activities and material traceability.

Prepare reports, memorandums, requisitions, specifications and correspondence for QA/QC.

Performing Quality Plan and Quality Control cycle.

Attend QA/QC meetings and prepare meeting notes as needed.

Develop and maintain the QA Plan and existing Manual.

Follow up QA Procedures implementation.

Identify non-conformances and take preventive and corrective actions.

Lead non-conformance investigation with the relevant departments.

Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.

Attend client quality management meetings

Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customer’s representatives.
