Navigated multiple regulatory environments to standardize property & casualty underwriting processes across 10 countries in Latin America. Enabled flexible allocation of workflows, leading to 20%+ reduction in headcount based on end-to-end process redesigns coupled OpenSpan automation.

Transformed 187-employee policy issuance team at shared services center in Bogotá supporting all of Latin America by developing individual product expertise (v. country expertise) to increase productivity.

Successfully piloted OneClaim platform for Consumer lines across Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Indonesia within 4 months (predecessor failed to launch system despite efforts over course of 1 year). Enabled tighter pricing of policies with better loss history data.

Launched new fraud investigation unit, saving $25M in fraudulent claims and recovering additional $4M from counterparty insurance within 1st year.

Implemented AIG’s 3rd largest document management system on schedule and under budget across Japan.
