Collaborate on Semantic Engine Analysis, where the team evaluated six vendor solutions for semantic analysis to discover a best of breed solution for Wipro to provide a service in the Major Capital Projects arena. Responsible for testing software packages, including Active Navigation, AVEVA, ProArc, BlueCielo, SmartPlant (SP) Fusion, and Bentley Systems (Bentley). Divided packages into two different categories, managed services and advanced analytics. The managed services section focused on an overview of the software packages’ capabilities and the requirements necessary to install, implement and configure them. The advanced analytics concentrated on the most detailed functions such as types of documents supported, tag extraction, comparison of properties to rules and values, and other advanced analysis capabilities.

Chosen to head up the AVEVA software research, working in with stakeholders and AVEVA support.

Collaborate on the development of the project timeline, including weekly deliverables, and gained approval by stakeholders.

Utilize communication and negotiation skills to present all project updates and findings, along with other team members, in a weekly meeting with stakeholders, translating technical information to business leaders effectively to gain understanding and approval.

Play a key role in the research and testing of the software, following up with the team to produce a detailed report and presented a combination of software suites that would meet client’s need.

Halliburton Divestiture Houston, TX 2015 - 2016 PMO/ Transition

Responsible for Halliburton GRFS to assign equipment or return to surplus, maintaining team roster, creating and distributing onboarding and offboarding procedures as per Halliburton. As Project Manager, ensure projects are delivered on time and under budget. Develop and manage talent, including handling all employee onboarding and off boarding for the divestiture, with over 40 onsite employees at any one time.
