Academic Project Experience
Project Title: Optimum Design of Thermoelectric Armband - WMU July 2016-Aug 2016
Objective: To optimize the design and then to check the feasibility of generating Thermoelectric power from TEG device attached to armband sufficient to charge a mobile battery.
oDesigned Thermoelectric device using CAD procedures.
oThe temperature difference between human body and surrounding atmosphere was used to generate electric power from TEG module to charge the mobile battery.
oPerformed calculations in MATHCAD and with the results from calculations, have done FEA analysis using ANSYS (FLUENT) software to investigate the electric power generation from the Thermoelectric Armband.
