Worked on the plant Cayratia trifolia to extract and isolate the active ingredient from it

To increase the in-vitro production of the secondary metabolite in callus, different media having distinctive growth hormones, condition like light exposure hours, temperature were tried

HPLC of the extract was done to check the presence of the active compound.
