Performed functional and regression testing on insurance renewal web application project required to meet current customer request for improved work flow.

Expedited an insurance web application project already behind schedule and short staffed; assumed responsibility for functional and regression testing of airline and commercial property applications.

Validated the renewal work flow processing requirements for policy renewals; efforts verified a brokers navigation through the application was a positive user experience.

Performed detailed validation of data between policy forms generated and verified the XML tags that contained the policy information was accurate in the forms.

Performed functional, regression and security testing on large scale Radiology Information system and Picture Archiving Communications system projects to meet FDA 21 CFR Part 11 Federal guidelines.

Analyzed use cases to verify the interaction between the Radiologist actor and system was accurate; designed test cases based on positive and negative work flow of use cases.

Performed functional testing on a third party commercial Software Version Control System. Perforce is a automated solution used for configuration management of source code and other configuration items. Coordinated and administered a mandatory training program for IT employees and wrote a system use and administration work instruction for the product. Efforts certified the installation and use of this product was compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

Executed functional and regression test on new commercial voice dictation reporting tool for PACS product Precision Reporting. Testing effort verified the integration of the voice dictation software into the PACS application was successful without causing any loss of performance and functionality to other PACS features. This effort also identified and resolved errors in the speech recognition software and the radiology exam reports. GE received a Joint Commission Organization Healthcare accreditation for this project.

Executed functional test on new commercial web based PACS product OneView. Testing effort verified the normalization of patient data, exam information and image data integrated from disparate Radiology systems. This effort also identified and resolved user work flow issues within the One View product. GE increased its market share in the Healthcare market by the introduction of this new product.

Executed security and functional test against web based PACS product for GE's United Kingdom customers. This project introduced new security enhancements for authentication, role based access control, session management, patient data access and audit logging of the PACS product. Contributed to success of project by meeting a coordinated 6 month deadline among remote QA team members.

Implemented Department of Defense Platinum security standards for Windows Client /Server 2000/2003 operating systems. Regression tested Windows 2003 Client / Server with Gold Disk tool to ensure security risk were mitigated. This effort enhanced security GE's large customer base that used GE PACS and third party RIS applications installed in these environments.

Wrote and implemented test case standards for the QA team to insure entire team adopted the same style of writing; effort helped bring cohesion to the team and improved the test case peer review process.
