JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for sale of Solar Modules through Channel sales or B2B.

To achieve pre determined sales objectives through team of Sales Executives & Tech. by motivating & continuous interface with Channel Partners.

Handling Rooftop, Hybrid, OffGrid & OnGrid Solar Power Projects through our channel partner from State Nodel Agencies & Direct customers due to we are Channel Partners under Grid Connected Solar Rooftop Programme so eligible for subsidy.

Working on Pre & post planning on EPC Systems.

Focus on Newly introduced products through extensive Marketing.

Regular contact with SHLS manufacturer & dealers for solar modules supply with their products.

Appoint mediators at Village level to sale our product on commission basis attached with dealers/retailers & taking regular feedback of their performance.

Regular contacts with Influencers & motivate him to use our products & Update the existing data bank.

Planning & meeting with Management of different Organization & doing consortium partnership with them for their presently & upcoming projects.

Identify new entities & doing OEM Ship with them in Solar Modules.

Focusing on Petrol pumps, Hospitality Industry, Hospitals, Telecoms, Defence, Industrialists, Education hubs, Cold Storages and Contractors for Rural Banks etc.

To do pre tendering work & try to diversified the unused budget into our products.

To supervise team of TSI’s, Executives & Servicing.

To implement the sales promotion plans effectively & ensure output of it.

To analyze performance of team & give feedback of the team to the Management.

Plan the Lead Generation activities in the last week of the previous month and seek finance approval for the same.

To track competitor activity through conducting market survey on regular bases.
