Commander, Distribution and Materiel Management Center, 13th Sustainment Command, Fort Hood/Iraq (2006-2008) Recognized by Commanding General as Top LTC of the 102 LTCs rated. Managed 250 military and civilian personnel, the logistical operations of 26,000 logistics soldiers/civilian contractors, and supported 230,000 US and coalition forces. Directed the Quarterly Authorized Stockage Listing Review and Daily Management for 26 multi-class warehouses in Iraq resulting in a demand satisfaction increase of 15%, demand increase of 20%, decreased zero balance with valid due outs by 12% and inventory accuracy of 95%+. Executed recovery of $54M in unserviceable repair parts reducing unserviceable recoverable value from $102M to $48M, Maintenance Management for all rolling stock resulting in 90% operation readiness rate. Forecasted supply & directed the operations for 4 General Support Hubs, 5 Direct Support Hubs that managed 5 Bottled water plants, 75 water purification sites, and 5 fuel depots.

Inspector General, 85th Division, Arlington Heights, IL (2004-2006) Directed inspections and enforcement of Army Division standards in a 6-state region supporting 100,000 Army Reservists and civilian employees. Executed unit inspections and training in Wisconsin, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky to ensure conformance to supply, budget, training, and property accountability standards. Assisted an excess of 140+ cases across regulatory, policy and legal issues.

Commander, Division Materiel Management Center, 2nd Infantry Division, Republic of Korea (2003-2004) Recognized by Senior Rater as the “Best Major” of the 52 majors. Directed 150 personnel logistics center supporting 24,000 soldiers in 17 camps and facilities in Korea. Managed a 5 repair part warehouse receiving, storing, and issuing 16,000+ lines of repair parts valued at $76M; 2 bulk facilities with $1.2M gallons of fuel, 3 food/water warehouses; real property accountability valued at $1.2B; a $40M budget. Implemented multi-stream analysis resulting in decreased order-ship time 6.5 days to 3.5 days, wait time reduction 4 days to 2 days, and receipt processing 1.2 days to 0.4 days. Executed Maintenance Management for assets maintaining a 90%+ rate well above the 70% standard.

Battalion Executive Officer, 2nd Infantry Division, Republic of Korea (2002-2003) Recognized by Senior Rater as “The Best BN XO of all the BN XOs in the Division Support Command.” Commanded 523-personnel battalion. Managed operations of a 400-vehicle fleet, 3,500 authorized stockage listed repair warehouse, a 55,000 gallon bulk fuel facility, a mobile 40-bed hospital, 7 mobile maintenance teams, and 8 base maintenance shops.
