• General Management

o Develop new business in Mining and other industries specifically entering the screen panel supply business in the Global Mining industry.

• Product Development
o Engage with customers to determine specific needs o Drive new products through design and prototype and test phases o Investigate new processes, raw materials

o Design, re-engineer and implement processes to reduce manufacturing lead times o Design/Implement production planning processes to ensure 95% on time delivery o Reduce raw material stock holding and implement just in time supply for same o Design/Implement logistics plans to ensure adherence to customers’ instructions o Design/Implement scrap and waste reduction measures o Design/Implement maintenance program to ensure maximum availability of equipment
